  28. Years ago I read about a woman whose legs swelled after eating chicken. She learned chickens are cleaned inside and out with salt water. I have the same problem with chicken so I only eat it about once a month and drink alot of water during the day. I buy a plain roasted chicken from Publix market here in Florida. We eat half of it warm and the next day I make chicken curry with basmati rice from the other half. I don’t like fish. Jacques Cousteau was a vegetarian. He said the oceans are polluted. My son had allergy testing during his middle school years and I learned he was allergic to fish and highly allergic to all shellfish. His lips swelled when he ate it.
