Pork should roast can be served the same as any other roast. We like to eat it as a cut slice of meat with mashed potatoes or vegetables. Most often, it is shredded up to be put into pulled pork sandwiches or other recipes using shredded pork.

What To Do With Leftover Pork Shoulder:

Now you can eat Pork Shoulder as any other roast and serve it with vegetables. One of my favorite ways to use up the pork shoulder is to shred it and put the pork shoulder into shreds with BBQ sauce on a bun. Shred up into chili, soup, and even fried rice.

What To Do With Leftover Pork Shoulder Bone:

Like any other meat bone, you can boil down the bone to make broth! The smoke flavor will be added to the broth and can be used to make different soups! You can also throw the Pork Shoulder Bone into the pan to make soup and chili., I did this on the stove top with 15 Bean Soup-> here.

Leftover Pork Shoulder Chili:

Chili is always one of my favorite ways to use leftover smoked meats. I love that I can freeze the smoked meat to cook later or make the chili and freeze it for lunches. These can be made on the stovetop, in the crock pot, or dutch oven on the smoker. There is no wrong way to make chili.
