Ingredients
2cupsall-purpose flour
1/4cupgranulated sugar
1tablespoonbaking powder
2teaspoonsbaking soda
2cupsbuttermilk
1/2cupplus 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2large eggs
Instructions
In a large bowl mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, oil and milk.
Pour the wet mixture into the dry and stir until well combined. Let the mixture stand for 20-30 minutes until the batter begins to get fluffy.
Heat a griddle or a skillet over medium-high heat. Oil the surface of the griddle and heat until a couple droplets of water sizzle.
Measure a ¼ cup of batter and cook the pancake for about 2 minutes until the top begins to form bubbles and the bottom is golden brown. Gently flip the pancake and cook for about 2 minutes until golden brown on the other side.
Serve hot and enjoy and with your favorite toppings!

Magnolia Table with Joanna Gaines has been renewed for a sixth season. The pickup comes six months after the popular show received a two-season renewal for Seasons 4 and 5. Art in Bloom with Helen Dealtry has been renewed for a second season and Restoring Galveston for a fourth season.
